About Lon

Lon, reared in a Christian home, was born again at the age of 4. At the age of 12, Lon was introduced to his first cassette teachings of Kenneth E. Hagin titled, “How To Be Led By The Spirit of God.”  Locking himself away in his room for hours at a time, Lon sensed something happening inside of him as he drew from brother Hagin’s understanding of how God leads all His children. The application of the Word he was hearing enabled him to avoid traps and pitfalls as a youth.

In 2002, he married Rebekah and together they have 2 children, Victoria and David. Victoria is a graduate from Rhema Bible Training College in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lon & Rebekah were youth pastors for 5 years until directed to travel in ministry.  They hosted a weekly Bible study which aired weekly on LiveStream as well as YouTube.

About a year before brother Hagin’s home-going, Lon & Rebekah were introduced to Dr. Ed and Pastor Nancy Dufresne in 2002 who later became their spiritual covering. It was during this time that Lon began to notice people receiving various healings and deliverances in his meetings. People began to come forward telling of their freedom from addictions, healings and fresh in-fillings of the Spirit while listening to the Word being taught. Lon & Rebekah were mentored by Dr. Dufresne until his home-going in October of 2013. Pastor Nancy continues with the oversight of the ministry.

Lon received a mandate from the Lord in January of 2005. The Lord said to him “ I want  you to help My people grow up, I am going to hold you accountable for this.” Lon’s prophetic ministry is geared toward helping believers develop in the Word and their ability to walk in the Spirit on a daily basis. Their ministry is earmarked by various manifestations of the Spirit as the Lord confirms His Word.

Lon has compiled a variety of CD messages and authored 3 books. He has a daily radio broadcast on the Word of Faith Radio network, WOFR, called “The Overcoming Life”. Lon & Rebekah are currently pioneering a new church,  “Word & Spirit Fellowship” in Leavenworth, Kansas.
